Our favourite Spring fashions for kids

I've been doing that spring thing where you stare at your drawers for a long time in the morning, thinking: I probably could wear something that doesn't cover me head to toe today – what options do I *actually* have?  After a long, cool winter I completely forget how to dress myself for the warmer days. 

Then I have the same issue with my kids, running around trying to find where I've put a pair of shorts or a tee shirt so they're comfortable (outside, yay!)  It's this time of year when you really feel the need for a wardrobe upgrade all round, so we've put together some of the best finds for Spring 2015 for your kids' closets.  Shhhh... we won't tell if you update your options at the same time!  I will be!

  This Purple Fruit and Flowers springtime dress from Hoopla Kids is adorbs!  Such an easy wash and wear item but still super cute and practical – what's not to like?
  This YmamaY tee shirt 'Taylors Mistake' is such a fresh item for boys this Spring/Summer.  What a gorgeous print! Available from Parnell Baby Boutique. 

A cardigan is pretty much a wardrobe essential at this time of year.  You can throw it on over anything, but it is easily taken off when the weather pans out warmer than expected.  This situation is a win-win whether your kids get to wear something this cute or have to take it off because it's too hot outside!  I love this Mokopuna cardi which looks awesome in the stripe, but is extremely versatile in their range of plain colours as well.  
  True to form, EeniMeeniMiini Moh have some styly looks in their current range just perfect to get your baby out and about in on a warm day.  Items like this are especially useful when you're putting bubs in the car and the sun is streaming in the window – they'll stay cool and cute as a button.

As far as dresses go, this one from Fanzy is pretty cute with the polka dots and dropped waist.  Super practical and easy to move around in too!
  I hope you're feeling inspired like I am after seeing those options.  There's nothing like putting your kids in something new, completely stain-free and trendy.  I can't guarantee any of these items will look entirely new and stain-free for too long, but your little ones will be trendy all season in any of these finds.  Get out and enjoy not needing the layers.  It's so much easier to leave the house!
