Snoozebaby Zeb

“Zebby”

Snooze and baby - when used together, are two little words make my heart sing.  It's not that I love my children more when they are asleep... It is just that some days, nap time doesn't seem come around soon enough.  Anything that will help that all important transition into snooze time is worth a try in my book and the Snoozebaby Zeb , available in NZ from yopie.co.nz might just be the very friend to help your little one off to the land of nod.

Cute, soft and cuddly, this irresistible little fella is made from cotton and velour.  Zeb (or pink version called Lilu) has bright colourful tags for your baby to play with (including a crinkly insert in the label), and also doubles as a puppet.

Taking a look around the yopie.co.nz store, I discovered there are more products from Snoozebaby (imported from the Netherlands) that are worth a look.  It seems their design signature is to take something familiar like a blankey toy or a travel blanket and add a couple of surprise features as well as the trademark colourful tags.  A great example of this is the cosy hooded travel blanket with car seat strap holes that doubles as a playmat with tags.  I am all for anything that reduces the amount of 'stuff' you need to carry around with a baby.

Unfortunately for my little fella, the Zeb won't take the place of his well worn thumbs for settling to sleep (who was I kidding!?). But he does cuddle up to it at bedtime and using it as a puppet almost never fails to elicit a smile or chuckle.  The Zeb (or Zebby as it is known in our house) has even made it to my son's first 10 words list!  This little friend looks set to stick around for a while.
