Christchurch Earthquake Community Evening

Free information evening for the residents of Canterbury +

seeking donations of secondhand clothing for distribution to families in need

Pregoli will be hosting a Community Evening at 7pm on Wednesday 15th September.

Child Psychologist, Clare Tatterson will be speaking to Mums, Dads & Kids about the Earthquake, how it's affected us and her suggestions on how to deal with what has happened.

Some topics Clare will be covering are

* Relaxation strategies for different ages
* Sensible advice
* Sharing ideas
* Help children to realise why they are feeling different
* Supporting restful sleep

Questions after welcome after Clare's presentation.

Pregoli will also be taking donations of clothing, whether its babies, kids or adults (in good condition, clean etc) and will be delivering the clothing to those who need it. There are families out there who've lost everything, those who went to the shelter with only the clothes on their backs.

Please note that babybites will be acting as a collection point for donations of clothing in the Kapiti area.  If you have clean secondhand clothing in good condition you would like to donate in this area, please email jodi@babybites.co.nz to organise for it to be dropped off or picked up.
