Makes 16-20

2 cups puffed rice cereal
1 ½ cups rolled oats
¼ cup each of sunflower seeds, chopped apricots, sultanas, raisins, chocolate chips or whatever dried fruit you like or have at home
1/3 cup plain all-purpose flour
½ cup honey
¼ cup brown sugar
2 T water

Preheat oven to 180 C.  Line the base and sides of a 29 x 19cm rectangular baking cake tin with baking paper (a large glass pyrex baking tray is perfect!).

Put honey, sugar and the water in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.  Put everything else into a bowl and mix.  Pour the honey and brown sugar mixture into the bowl and stir until well mixed.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared tin using the back of a spoon to spread it evenly.  Bake for 20 minutes.  Leave to cool in the tin then lift out and cut into fingers.  Store in air-tight container.
