Halloween Party

Boo!

We had a little Halloween party with some of Lexi & Lucas’s friends (ages 2 & 3) on the weekend.  It was a pretty simple affair – I made a cake, and some treats for the mums (including these divine salted chocolate caramels from Smitten Kitchen), everyone brought a plate, the kids dressed up...  We ate too much, blew some bubbles, ran around the backyard, found some slugs in the garden, and the mummies got a chance to catch up which is always nice.

Below are a few pics, and here are a few of the details:

• Kawaii Halloween Printable Party Set from Paper Glitter
• Plastic purple noodle boxes (full of take home treats) from Party Masters
• Bubbles and balls for the Bucket of Fun were from my local 1, 2, 3 Store
• The cake is this flourless chocolate cake, layered and covered with whipped chocolate ganache
• The light up pumpkins were from The Warehouse
• The spiders and eyeballs were from Spotlight
