The perfect Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve for parents is generally focused on being Santa's little helper, hustling the kids off to bed, convincing them to stay put by telling them Santa won't come if they get up, and then getting down to business - wrapping, sorting, organising.  Admittedly there are things I can't do until Christmas Eve, but these ideas and images have inspired me - I'm now determined to be as prepared as I can be ahead of time, and when it comes to the kids bedtime, have some hot chocolate and treats waiting, and relax and have some quiet family time ahead of the busy and exciting Christmas Day!   Wish me luck in pulling it off!
