A gorgeous package arrived today, and I couldn’t wait to tell you all about it. Last week, I discovered Little Styles, an Australian online store for stylish little people. Not only were they having a fantastic sale, where I was able to pick up fabulous brands for less than I could find them in New Zealand (even with the exchange rate at the moment), they were offering flat rate shipping across the Tasman.

Not being one to resist a bargain, I placed an order that included some gorgeous brands of baby clothing, including some designs that I hadn’t been able to track down locally. In placing the order, I discovered they deducted Australian GST as soon as I entered an overseas delivery address, however, the postage charge came up higher than what was advertised on their website – this of course turned out not to be a problem, with the difference being refunded to my credit card the next day.

And then today, four working days later, a beautifully presented parcel arrived via courier. All of the goods that I had ordered had been beautifully wrapped in stunning paper that tied in with the Little Styles branding, and finished with a printed ribbon. As an added precaution, they had also sent the parcel in a plastic bag inside the courier bag. Also included was a lovely Gertie & Me bunny, absolutely free, as part of a promotion they are running at the moment – a nice little extra that I had completely overlooked when browsing their site and came as a wonderful surprise for my little girl who immediately hugged it, and carried it around with her for the remainder of the day.

The quality of the goods ordered was exceptional, the service fantastic, and all-in-all, it was a wonderful online shopping experience.
