The absolute stand-out toy from the Parent & Child Show 2008 was the Wishbone Bike.

Tag-lined ‘the ultimate pre-bike’, you could see the look of glee from both children and adults alike when they come across this exhibit.

Other than the quality which is immediately apparent, what is really impressive about this bike is the length of time your child will be able to use it for. As the bike can adapt and evolve as your child grows, it can be a firm favourite from walking age until they reach school.

We loved the great design, the fact that it’s eco-friendly, and the exceptional attention to detail, such as the little flipbook it comes with, and the easy to follow manual (which includes a certificate of ownership section, just like a car).

We were lucky enough to have one little 14-month-old boy demonstrate the bike for us, and it was amazing how quickly he mastered running with it.
