While some days it seems we are inundated with reality TV shows here, I’m pretty sure that the number we see doesn’t compare to anywhere near what is on in the States. Jennifer Bertrand was the winner of one of the US reality TV shows – “Design Star”. She won her
own design show, and the next year, gave birth to her son Winston and designed this room for him.
I have to admit, it’s not a mix of décor that I would ever of thought of myself, but somehow it manages to work really well. The Union Jack painting and zebra style floor rug give the room an international feel, the square lines of the furniture and wall stripes keep the room contemporary, while the green and brown make it a definite boys room without having to go anywhere near eggshell blue.
