Long time readers will know what fans we are of the Made by Joel blog around here.  His creative art and craft projects for the kids are amazingly simple to recreate, and stimulate little imaginations in ways you can only dream.

While his blog is obviously fantastic, it’s nice to have a book that you can refer to, the kids can search though, and that can be quickly and easily searched through on those rainy days.  And that book is on it’s way.  Made to Play! by Joel Henriques is now available for pre-order.  Delivery is not until October, but knowing how popular Joel’s blog is, my advice is get in now if you want a copy!

The book will contain 35 projects in total – including a modern dolls house and furniture, portable zoo animals, a modern alphabet game and more.  Joel has focused on ensuring each project is easy to complete, can be made with accessible materials and won’t take too much time.
