Book of the week: Magical MenagerieGet punching!18 October 2010I am going to admit it, the first thing I did upon discovering Magical Menagerie from Junzo Terada is squeal in excitement. The second thing I did was google the term "menagerie" to see what it meant! (For those as little in the know as me, it's basically a really stylish zoo before there were zoos). I love this idea, and this beauty is now on my wishlist - something that I will buy for my daughter as soon as she is old enough to appreciate it. Consisting of 20 animal sculptures that can be punched out and then slotted together - nice and simply, and visually beautiful - the Magical Menagerie punch out set comes complete with a keepsake box and envelopes for either storage or postage.
