The cold snap appears to have hit here at the moment, with an icy cold southery “breezing” its way through. While some of us may be tempted to start heading indoors, we have to agree with Rookie Kids wear – there’s no need to hibernate this winter with their super cool clothing range for the boys.

Rookie is the creation of Katrina Hodge, the costume designer from our beloved Outrageous Fortune. We featured their debut Spring/Summer 09/10 range quite a while back now, and wow, have they come a long way since then.

This winter’s range is jam packed with funky skate styles – think hoodies, washed denims, skinny leg trackies, windbreakers and NZ themed tees.

It’s been hard the last few years to find really decent boys ranges – and this one’s been designed with kiwi boys in mind. Casual style with a large serving of attitude. We love it.
